NSRenewal ReviewNetSuite licence, structure and renewal review

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

You keep every decision and every conversation with Oracle. The work sits behind you, not between you and them.

  1. A straight answer first.

Send your latest quote and what you paid last year. Within two working days you’ll get a view on where you sit and whether there’s real scope. If there isn’t, that’s the end of it and it has cost you an hour.

  2. The benchmark, in writing.

Before any work starts, we agree the figure you’d otherwise have paid. That’s the number every saving is measured against, so there’s no argument later about what counted.

  3. The review and the position.

The review looks at how you use NetSuite, how it’s structured and what you’re effectively paying for. The position is the plan for what you need and what you’d do if the price is wrong. Both are worked through with you and your admin, not around you. Some of the changes are in the system; your team makes them with direction, so nothing is done to your account by anyone outside it.

  4. The renewal, on your terms.

By the time the quote lands, the position is built. Every message to Oracle is drafted for you and sent by you, in your name, from your account. You read every word before it goes and nothing goes that you’re not happy with. Oracle deals with you throughout and never hears of anyone else.

THE FEE

A share of the saving against the benchmark, measured once at signature. No saving, no fee. The percentage is agreed in the engagement letter before anything starts.

WHAT THIS ISN’T

Not a negotiation service that turns up for the last six weeks and shouts. Not a licensing audit. Not a reseller, so there’s no commission from Oracle in any direction. Not anyone Oracle has heard of, on purpose.
